Sales and purchases

Invoices and bills

Issue invoices in English or Arabic with the VAT on every line. Record the bill, match the payment, and see what is still owed, by customer and by age.

  • In the UAE: tax invoices with both TRNs for a registered customer, simplified tax invoices and tax credit notes, each with its exact title
  • Payments matched to their invoices and bills
  • What you are owed and what you owe, by age, today

E-invoices coming.

Expenses

Receipts by photo

Photograph a receipt and the vendor, date, amount and VAT are read into an expense for you to confirm. The photo stays attached to the entry.

  • Read from the photo for you
  • Confirm the one field it is unsure of
  • Posted with its VAT, the photo kept

Tax

VAT and Corporate Tax

Every invoice and bill carries its VAT the moment it is entered, so the quarter's position is ready when the return is due. In the UAE, the VAT 201 return is prepared box by box, and the year's Corporate Tax estimate sits beside it.

  • The VAT treatment on every line: standard, zero-rated, exempt, out of scope
  • The VAT 201 return prepared from the books, box by box
  • A Corporate-Tax-ready ledger, with the year's estimate
